As soon as we are hired, our team goes to work. This happens in several steps:

Sometimes we will suggest other methods of sale for certain items, depending on desired value and your timetable.

 

• Advertising the Sale – Based on the time and outcome you are looking for, we’ll suggest an advertising schedule, and let the community at large know that we have a sale coming up. • Holding the Sale – On the day or days of the sale, you can be involved as little or as much as you’d like. But wherever you decide to be, our team will be there to advise or represent you. • Cleaning Up – We’re not satisfied until you are and if we need to, we will keep working on getting individual items stored for the short term and sold. We can also take items for donation, arrange for storage for things you’d like to keep, or arrange for shipping to other family members. In the end, we make sure the property is left broom-cleaned and in better condition then we found it.
