Yes. We're open on public holidays with our regular hours, Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm.

Should our family be at the sale?

Most families are better off not being present during the sale. We handle everything and keep you updated throughout, so you don't have to watch the process.

What do you need at the property?

Full access to the property, the power turned on, and homeowner's insurance in place. We'll let you know if anything else is needed for your specific estate.

How do you determine the price of items?

An estate sale is a multi-day public event where items are sold to the highest bidder. A buyout is when we purchase your entire estate (or specific items) directly. Buyouts are faster (days vs. weeks) and provide immediate payment.

How quickly can you complete a buyout?

We can make an offer on the spot in most cases and pay immediately. Most complicated estates that require additional authentication may take longer.

What if I want to sell only certain items?

We absolutely can buyout specific items. If you have select antiques, jewelry, art, or collections you want to liquidate quickly, we'll appraise and make offers on those pieces only.

You're paid within 3 days of the completion of an estate sale, or immediately for a buyout. Payment is available by check, cash, Venmo, Zelle, or direct deposit.

Is payment guaranteed?

Yes. We're bonded and licensed, ensuring financial accountability. For estate sales, once items sell, payment is guaranteed. For buyouts, we make firm offers and honor them. Your financial security is paramount.

What expenses are deducted from proceeds?

In most cases, marketing costs, staging, photography, and appraisal work are included in our service, with no surprise charges. We provide itemized documentation of all expenses.

Can I get a detailed accounting of the sale?

Absolutely. We provide comprehensive reports listing each item sold, sale price, buyer information (if available), and all deductions. Complete transparency is standard practice.

How do buyers pay at your sales?

Buyers can pay with Venmo, Zelle, card, or cash.

How do you handle fine art?
