Please do not send sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, or medical details, through our website forms.

When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect some information about your device and how you use the site, including:

We respond to requests within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why, and we may take up to 45 more days as the law allows.

How long we keep your information

We keep estimate requests, messages and customer records for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide our services, and keep the business, tax and legal records we are required to keep. After that, we delete the information or remove the details that identify you. Analytics and advertising data is kept by Google and Meta under the settings and policies of each service.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to form submissions is limited to people who need it, and our forms have spam protection. No website or storage system is completely secure, though, so we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us online.

Children's privacy

Our website is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
